Booking terms policies and conditions:A non refundable booking deposit is taken upon booking to secure the time to be booked out for your requested appointment. This booking deposit is deducted from your treatment with the outstanding balance payable on the day.24 hours notice is required for any changes, cancellations or rescheduling and your booking deposit is credited towards your next service or product. This is not refundable. Failure to this provide notice doesn’t give us the time required to notify therapists or clients of cancellations and incurs us additional costs having reserved this time for you resulting in redemption of your booking fee.
No show fee of 100% of service charge apply.
CANCELLATIONS - ON THE DAY INCUR CANCELLATION FEESSmall appointment (up to 30 minutes) on the day cancellation fee $25Medium appointment up to 60 minutes on the day cancellation fee $50Large appointment up to 90 minutes and over on the day cancellation fee $75By paying the booking deposit you are agreeing to the booking policy and sale contract for your service and or products.We offer a courtesy reminder service of booking reminder emails and texts however it is a courtesy, it is up to you to actively take note and remember your booking as not receiving a reminder text or email does not justify voiding the booking policy or not turning up. It is appreciated if you need to reschedule then do so in advance not wait to have the reminder then reschedule as this then leaves up only 24-48 hours to juggle schedules and clients when the appointment has been held for weeks.
Change of mind, Replacement, Repair, Refunds, Allergies Changing your mind about having a treatment or a product after you have already paid the booking fee for or purchased is non refundable including sale promotions and gift vouchers and is breaking your agreed sales contract. Be sure when making your decisions as we spend our time discussing planning and organizing the best for you and don’t do refunds because you have changed your mind or are unable to attend. At the salons discretion we may offer you a store credit if the booking policy has been abided.
ReplacementIf you’ve had a faulty product you may return the product opened/used for us to submit to our supplier. Some instances will require photo evidence. This includes leakages, faulty pumps. We do not offer second hand batches of products and only purchase from authorized stockists.Incorrect use and storage may void manufactory warranty. (washing makeup brushes in hot hot soapey water, dropping glass bottles etc)
RepairIf you are unsatisfied with your service or product you have the option to approach us with your concerns and we can access wether it is a minor fault or major. Minor faults and major entitle you to a free repair to which you must accept if offered if you haven’t already had a substitute. Seeking alternative treatments or costs and passing on to us will not be reimbursed as that is your discretion to not accept our repair. Refunds will not be available when a repair has been offered.Our booking policy is still valid with repairs or services without a value to which if the booking policy is not abided by (no show or failure to provide notice) you forfeit your repair.If it is a major fault with your service or product you may ask for a refund or repair. See refunds.
RefundsRefunds are taken very seriously. They are not something we do often and if you are offered a refund it would be due to serious negligence to which we are sincerely apologetic.We do have a strict policy regarding refunds as majority of refunds requests have proven fraudulent with many concocted misleading information, truths, stolen cards and so forth.To request a refund you will need to email timelessbeautymanagement@outlook.com stating your experience and concern. Dates, times of your concern, Payments and payment methods, Photographic evidence and having cleared out booking policy and minor fault repairs. Minor fault will be offered a repair to which you must accept and a refund is not available.As by Australian Consumer Protection securities and investment fraud protection agencies advise all refunds if granted will require to be refunded in the same method they were paid. Refunds requiring processing at a terminal require the card used to return into the terminal that was used. No over the phone refunds are able to be processed.
AllergiesIt is of our professional duty to ask if you have any allergies and of your duty to disclose any truthfully. Some cases you may elect to have a test patch prior commencing your treatment or product however test patches do not always reflect the allergy. By committing to continue the service or product and booking by our booking policy your agreeing with your consent to permit us to perform the treatment with no known allergies or contraindications. In the case to which an allergy does occur we can assist you in the best course of actions however bear in mind it is of no fault of either party and additional costs may be involved. If you advised your therapist of your allergy to which was ignored then a refund or replacement or repair will be offered. We have encountered each and everyone of these scenarios and policies are in place to ensure we can continue to offer you these amazing treatments and services. Change of mind prior or during treatment You have the right to change your mind about proceeding with a treatment at any stage and we encourage you to speak up if you wish to change your mind about under going a treatment if it no longer aligns with you, there's no judgement. While we support this, some charges may or may not apply variable to the individual situation involving professionals booked and their cancellation policy, products ordered specifically for your treatment alone, products used prior or during your treatment. If a treatment is paid in full prior and no costs are to be covered then your treatment can be converted to a credit to use within the clinic. Generally complying with the booking policy will have no costs to be covered if you change your mind unless a special order was made for you in which this would be disclosed prior. Informed Consent and Managing Realistic expectations TGA requirements While we would like to provide as much education to our clients and patients possible because knowledge is power and the more informed you are, the better decisions you can make, we are unable to give prices, product names, client testimonies or before and after images of treatments that utilize prescription based medication. This effects mostly injectable services and some IV therapies which in our opinion puts clients and patients further in the dark unable to research safe tga APPROVED products and places. We can provide a consult with this information with one our Ahpra Registered Nurses who specialize in cosmetics with a long dermal therapy background and history. In Australia beauty therapists and cosmeticians are not to administered injectable treatments, only nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors, paramedics and dentists who uphold an ahpra registration and correct specialized cosmetic training. There is an issues of untrained unregistered people injecting unapproved product from overseas in unlicensed venues. We have worked hard to ensure we comply with local councils health departments to have a venue that complies with health and safety standards, we have trained hard for years and years for our registrations and will continue self learning annually to maintain our registration. We have collated thousands of hours and costs to develop our training further, working with doctors, health professionals and WA health, for your safety.
